In the midst of a rebrand, Hotels.com found itself in need of video content shot across the country at different hotels in a new, refined content style. To do so, we contracted luxury travel content creators to launch this new look and feel that was high quality and budget friendly.

The Brief
Hotels.com was in the middle of refining their brand voice from fun and quirky to high-end luxury in preparation to launch their “Perfect Somewhere” campaign. To keep social from going dark during this transition, we needed a cost-efficient way to produce TikTok first video content that highlighted hotels across the US.
The Strategy
To help transition our social pages, we wanted to shoot videos in partnership with content creators around the US who could capture videos that felt like HiFi UGC to post on Hotels.com-owned platforms. We contracted 10 creators in 8 different domestic and international markets, including Rhode Island, Mexico, and Malibu, to shoot content that highlighted the unique details of 10 different Hotels.com properties.
The Results
We coordinated briefings, travel, bookings, and approvals that resulted in 20 pieces of branded content generating 30M+ views on Hotels.com TikTok.
